All our Canvas are custom made and built and being crafted and adjusted by hand to make sure it has the best quality to satisfy your needs. Therefore we STRICTLY DO NOT offer refunds on orders made by mistake, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. Once an order is placed, the item is considered sold.

However, if your item arrives damaged or broken for some reason, please contact us within 30 days after delivered and we will be happy to send you a replacement for free.
